Home > Body Contouring > Liposuction > Leg Liposuction > Florist’s Perfect Side Profile! 29-Year-Old Zhongshan Woman

A 29-year-old lady from Zhongshan visited HANFEI Plastic Surgery Hospital for comprehensive prosthetic rhinoplasty,

eager to fix her low nasal bridge and blunt nasal tip that bothered her in floral photos. As a florist, she often took photos of her flower arrangements for social media—she hated how her flat nose made her face look “flat” in side-profile shots with bouquets, and the blunt tip lacked the definition that would make her features stand out next to the flowers. She wanted a nose that looked natural, even in close-up photos, and could move slightly when she smiled at customers.
We tailored the surgery to her needs: for the nasal bridge, we chose a soft ePTFE (expanded polytetrafluoroethylene) prosthesis, which blends better with natural nasal tissue than silicone—perfect for avoiding a “plastic” look in photos. For the blunt tip, we used autologous ear cartilage to add subtle definition, carving it into a slight “teardrop shape” that complemented her round face. We also adjusted the nasal columella slightly to lift the tip just enough to improve her side profile, without making it look “upturned.”
The recovery was smoother than she expected—she had mild nasal congestion for 5 days, but she could still arrange flowers at home during that time. When she removed the splint after 10 days, she took a photo with a bouquet of peonies and posted it online, getting compliments on her “new look” without anyone guessing the reason. By the third month, the nose had fully healed: the bridge had a natural curve, the tip was defined but not sharp, and it blended seamlessly with her features. She said, “Customers now ask to take photos with me more often—I think it’s because my nose makes my face look more balanced!”
