Waist and Abdominal Liposuction for a 38-Year-Old Woman – Focus on Surgical ProcessMs. Li, 38, came to HANFEI Aesthetic Hospital for liposuction to reshape her midsection. Her main concerns were the fullness in her waist and a protruding lower abdomen, which made her clothes fit poorly and limited her confidence.
The procedure was performed under tumescent local anesthesia with sedation. We used power-assisted liposuction (PAL) for precision and minimal trauma. The operation followed a detailed 360° liposuction plan, including:

· Lateral waist (love handles)
· Posterior waistline (back flanks)

Approximately 4300 ml of fat was extracted through three small incisions hidden in the bikini line and lower back creases. The surgery took just over 2 hours. A compression garment was applied immediately post-op to facilitate lymphatic drainage and skin retraction.
